PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 02/2015-2020 Dated. 13th APRIL, 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 2.04 of the Handbook of Procedures (2015-20) as amended, Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in the said Handbook of Procedures, with immediate effect:
(i) The following is added at the end of sub-clause (c) of para 7(A).01 of HBP 2015-20:
"However, for the applications filed electronically on or after 01.02.2020 up to 30.09.2020, a physical pdf copy of the print out of ANF-7(A)A along with prescribed documents can be filed manually with RA concerned up to 30.10.2020."
Effect of the Public Notice: Provision for submission of a physical copy of the application with the concerned RA has been relaxed.
