Central government hereby makes amendment in the chapter 12 and chapter 33 of Schedule-2 (Export Policy) of ITC (HS) 2018 related to Agarwood:

Policy Conditions :
Applications for obtaining Export license for export of Agarwood and Agar oil extracted from Agarwood obtained from artificially propagated sources (cultivated origin outside forest areas) should be accompanied by following documents :

A certificate from PCCF after physical verification of current position of stocks procured and are available with the applicant. |

Colored photograph of products duly certified by the concerned officer designated by the Forest Department. |
5 |
An undertaking from the firm that items of agarwood / agar oil proposed to be exported has been harvested from plantation following all conditions of CITES for harvesting of agarwood. |
