Not eligible for Subsidy	:	Purchase of Land Lease / Rent / Purchase of car for personal use /Office setting etc.
Subsidy	:	50% of Capital Subsidy (Back Ended Subsidy)
No of installments	:	Two equal installments, First installment will be released upfront to bank only after bank releases 1st Instalment of loan to the beneficiary & its confirmation by state Implementing Agency and Second installment will be released after completion of the Project and duly verified by the State Implementing Agency
Follow up of the Project by State Implementing Agency (SIA)	:	2 years after completion with regards to its operation
Means of Finance	:	50% Subsidy + Remaining 50% TL / Own Money

A. Subsidy Benefits:

a. Pig breeding farm - 50% capital subsidy, Max. of ₹ 30 lakhs

B. Eligibility Criteria for obtaining subsidy:

The applicant should have own land or lease land
The applicant should have all the relevant documents for KYC
The applicants have got the sanction loan for project by the bank (or) in case of self-financed projects the applicant need to furnish bank guarantee from scheduled bank along with appraisal of project for its validity by bank where it is holding the account.
The applicants either have obtained training or have trained experts or have sufficient experience or have technical experts with sufficient experience in the relevant field of managing and running the project.
