Scheme Coverage
1 | Applicable to EPCG & Advance Authorisation Schemes of all categories of Applications. |
2 | Authorisations issued upto 31-03-2015 for which Export Obligation Period should be valid beyond 12-08-2013 including Extended EOP). |
3 | Cases that have already been Adjudicated or are Pending Adjudication. |
Benefits / Why is it required ?
1 | To close cases of default (Un-fulfilled) in Export Obligation (Fully or Partially) under Advance Authorisation & EPCG Scheme. |
2 | Savings upto 75% of Interest, as Interest on Addl Customs Duty (CVD) & Special Addl Customs Duty (SAD) is not required to be paid. |
1 | Preparation of Liability Chart as per relevant Foreign Trade Policy . |
2 | Do Registration under Amnesty Scheme - DGFT. |
3 | Submission of Documents with Departments - Customs & DGFT. |
4 | Arrangement of Export Obligation Discharge Certificate (EODC) / Closure Letter from DGFT and Cancellation of Bond & Release of Bank Guarantee (BG) from Customs. |
